Our High Risk Model of Concentrated Corporate Tax (infographics)

17 April 2026

This set of infographics covering Ireland’s corporate tax model addresses the frailties of an economic policy that leaves communities acutely vulnerable to external economic shocks.

Remarkably, nearly half of Ireland's corporation tax revenue is drawn from just 3 firms. The Irish Fiscal Advisory Council has reported that tax receipts drawn from just 3 multinationals now make up 46% of our corporate tax revenue. The research reveals that this intensifying trend illustrates an unstable model, as the state now relies on a smaller pool of corporations to draw essential revenue to fund services and expenses.
